Our Global Presence and International Reach
From a single manufacturing base in Morbi, Gujarat, our tiles and sanitary ware reach importers, distributors and contractors in more than 50 countries.
We started small, manufacturing and exporting ceramic products from Morbi — the ceramic and sanitary-ware cluster of India — and grew by making the product and the service better with each shipment. Today Eternal Overseas supplies buyers in more than 50 countries, and we're still adding routes.
Where we ship
West and Central Africa is our strongest region — full and mixed containers of tiles and sanitary ware into Dakar, Abidjan, Tema, Lomé, Cotonou, Lagos, Douala, Pointe-Noire and, on the Indian Ocean side, Toamasina in Madagascar. Beyond Africa, we ship to buyers across the Middle East, South Asia and South-East Asia, and quote for any market with a workable port.
How the reach works
One factory base keeps quality and pricing consistent no matter where an order lands. Tiles are heavy and hit a container's weight limit before its volume, so we routinely load sanitary ware, pipe and lighter goods on top of a tile order — one container, several product lines, lower freight per unit. Batch records travel with every shipment, so a repeat order from the other side of the world still matches the first.

Eternal Overseas is an IEC-registered exporter and MSME-registered manufacturer — the two registrations buyers check before a first order. Both certificates are on our certifications page, and certified copies can be issued for a letter of credit on request.

Which countries do you currently export to?
More than 50, with regular shipments across West and Central Africa — Senegal, the Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Cameroon, Congo and Madagascar — and beyond the region into the Middle East, South and South-East Asia.
My country isn't listed — can you still ship there?
Almost certainly. Send us your nearest port and we'll confirm the route, transit time and any documentation your customs needs.
How do you handle documentation across different markets?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin in English or French depending on the destination, plus any inspection certificates, fumigation or import-permit paperwork your market requires. Our export desk prepares it with the shipment.
