WC (Water Closet) — Manufacturer, Wholesaler & Exporter
Water closets in every common form — one-piece, two-piece, wall-hung, EWC and Indian pan — built in Morbi and shipped in bulk to importers and projects.
A water closet has to work every day for years with no attention, so the things that matter are the trap glaze, the flush pull and the rough-in fitting your plumber's layout. We build to all the common standards and, just as often, straight to a buyer's sample.
The types we make
Two-piece — a floor pan with a coupled cistern bolted on top. The workhorse for housing and rental projects; cheapest to buy and to ship.
One-piece — pan and tank cast as a single body. Lower profile, no joint to seal, and it photographs better in a showroom. It costs more and we cover it in detail on the one-piece closet page.
Wall-hung — a short pan that hangs off a concealed frame, with the cistern inside the wall. Popular in hotels and newer apartments.
EWC and Indian pan — the European seated closet, and the squatting pan still specified across a lot of the market.
Making and checking
Bodies are slip-cast, dried slowly so they don't crack, then fired hot enough to close the porosity right down. The trap is glazed on the inside, which is what stops staining and keeps the flush clean. Before a WC is boxed it's checked for glaze pinholes, warping and a proper trap seal, and it's flushed on the line at full and reduced volume.
Batch numbers stay on file. If you reorder in six months the colour and the bolt spread will match what you already have on site.
Buying in bulk
We work with sanitary retailers, distribution yards and contractors. Agree the model mix, quantities and packing, and we'll hold kiln time for the fast-moving lines so your container isn't sitting behind someone else's order. Half-pallet quantities are fine if they're riding along with a tile shipment.
Packing
One pan per five-ply carton with moulded-pulp or EPS end caps; cisterns the same. Palletised, strapped, stretch-wrapped. We do the invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, arrange pre-shipment inspection if your L/C asks for it, and can print your label on the boxes.

Frequently asked questions
How do buyers usually specify a WC order?
By trap and flush, not by brand. Tell us S-trap or P-trap, the rough-in distance, single or dual flush, and normal or soft-close seat — that's enough for us to quote and load.
What's the price gap between one-piece and two-piece?
A two-piece coupled WC lands cheaper because it's two simpler castings. One-piece costs more to make and has a higher reject rate at the kiln, so it carries a premium. Most volume orders for housing are two-piece.
Do you supply the cistern fittings and seat with the pan?
Yes. Two-piece sets ship with the inlet and flush valve fitted and the seat in the same carton or packed separately, your choice. Wall-hung pans go out bare unless you order the frame and cistern with them.
